Mission

The ultimate mission of the Camp Washington Carver (CWC) Alumni Association is to involve young people in various art forms and encourage them to pursue art as a profession.

Purpose

· To offer extensive arts classes to include visual arts; dance (modern, ballet and jazz); vocal music (including choir); instrumental music (including classical); drama theatre; digital photography; and multi-media graphic arts.

·To implement a rigorous core academic curriculum of reading; American English as a first language; mathematics; science; American history; and African-American studies.
